Terms and Conditions for sale of goods online. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations. You can print out these terms and conditions by clicking on the print icon on your browser.
1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website. Sparklz Rhinestones is a partnership incorporated in England. By clicking on the tick boxes at the bottom of these terms and conditions you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 When you register on our website you must provide us with information about you. We will use the information when we are processing your order.
2. Buying Products on our website
2.1 To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our website. Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website.
2.2 Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery on the shipping and returns page are estimates only. Sparklz Rhinestones will dispatch the Products within 2 working days of the date on which payment for your order is processed and if we are not able to do this we will contact you. If stock is not immediately available to fulfil your order you will be notified that delivery may be delayed. Sparklz Rhinestones make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the times specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
2.3 You must pay by Paypal at the time of order. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see clause 4.6 below). We will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
2.4 The prices for all Products are exclusive of cost of delivery by first class post or courier unless you qualify for free delivery. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2.5 Sparklz Rhinestones is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
2.6 If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the email address you have given us on registration. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within thirty (30) days.
2.7 If the Product you ordered is unavailable for delivery within fourteen (14) days of the date of order, we will notify you by email and offer you a refund.
2.8 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods.
2.9 We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our reasonable expenses if the Products are not delivered because the address is incorrect as a result of you providing incorrect information to us when you placed the order.
3.1 You may return Products you have purchased within seven (7) working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind), excluding sale products and items sold as Seconds. To do so you must notify us in writing (including email) within those seven (7) working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from Sparklz Rhinestones, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within thirty (30) days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to Sparklz Rhinestones. If you want the Products to be returned to us by courier then you must contact us and we will arrange collection by the courier and notify you of the arrangements for such collection. There will be a £10 charge for returns by courier and this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. If you do not return the Products to Sparklz Rhinestones we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of recovering the Products from you.
3.2 While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the Products you intend to return to us. YOU MUST NOT USE ANY PRODUCTS THAT YOU INTEND TO RETURN TO US AND YOU MUST NOT UNSEAL THEM. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ANY FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS WHICH ORIGINALLY ACCOMPANIED THEM.
3.3 If:(a) the Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description; or (b) the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, Sparklz Rhinestones will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.
3.4 If you are returning the Products because they are damaged or faulty then please include a written explanation of the fault or damage.
4. Modifications to website
4.1 We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content available through it, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated to the contrary, any new features including new content, and/or the sale of new Products shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
4.2 Please note that although we try to ensure that the content of our website is accurate, our website may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies.
5. Non-delivery of Products
5.1 If your order is not received within 3 working days of the date on which delivery was estimated to occur then you should notify us by email or telephone with your order number. We will investigate and let you know what has happened and when you can expect to receive your order.
5.2 In order to ensure that you receive the Products requested by you as soon as possible then we recommend that you reorder the Products on the website.
6. Availability of our website
We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other Internet connected device.

7.3 Any notice served by either party will be deemed received when an email is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or three (3) days after the date of posting.
These terms and conditions replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of our website and/or sale of the Products.
